BLM MIAMI

Privacy

Your information,
handled like it matters.

Effective: September 2026. Black Lives Matter Grassroots Miami (d/b/a E9 Enclave), a Florida nonprofit corporation with 501(c)(4) status pending, runs this site.

What we collect

  • What you type into our forms: name, email, phone (optional), your lane selections, and your message.
  • Technical basics every web server sees: page views, browser type, and coarse location — used only to keep the site working.

What we don’t

  • No payment details — this site takes no money.
  • No accounts, no tracking pixels, no ad tech. Analytics, when enabled, will be first-party only.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a private database on infrastructure operated by E5 Enclave Inc. for the chapter, and emailed to the chapter’s triage inbox. E5 Enclave Inc. provides infrastructure only — it is not the chapter’s fiscal sponsor and does not control chapter data.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for 36 months so we can answer follow-ups, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask for deletion sooner any time via the contact form.

Who sees it

Chapter organizers, and only as needed to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — ever. We disclose it only if the law compels us.

Security

Forms are protected against spam and abuse (automated checks plus human review). No system is perfect; if you believe your information was mishandled, tell us through the contact form and we will investigate.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note the change and its date here.
